Customer Service Excellence

A huge WELL DONE to Jane Mooney from Noonan’s for consistently delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis here in City Square Shopping Centre.

City Square shopping centre was one of 26 shopping centres which visited Customer Service Excellence Ireland (CSE). The CSE do an annual visit and they undertake a Customer Service Excellence programme, this aims to capture “excellence in action. Where staff are found to have performed at this level of performance during their visits, they make sure that they are recognised formally for that and Jane really met the criteria during their visit because of her exceptional customer service skills.
