New Centre Manager Denis Carroll is delighted with the news saying “Chopped bring a completely different eating option to Waterford. In recent years people have become more health conscious and now Chopped makes it possible to eat fresh food on the go.

Freshly Chopped was started in Baggot St in 2012 by Brian Lee and Andy Chen through the pure love of health and fitness, with a true lack of quality nutritious food available to people wanting to live a healthy lifestyle on the go. The name Chopped is derived from the unique way of preparing food using the mezzaluna knife to provide fast food to you over the counter.

There are 27 Chopped stores across Ireland, selling over 20,000 healthy salads a week as well as healthy blended wraps, sandwiches and homemade soups.
Over the coming weeks we will have an exact opening date. Freshly Chopped will be seeking to employee people aka Choppers in Waterford and we will post information on social media about how to apply for these positions.
