Supervisor:
We’re on the search for a Store Supervisor who will work closely with, and shadow, the store manager to provide excellent customer service and help lead a team of skilled Choppers. The successful candidate will complete a Chopping training program in our flagship store in Fairview, Dublin 3. Qualifications are desired, but not integral. Preferably 3 years’ experience in cafe / restaurant management is desirable for this exciting new role. All applicants considered. Interested? Submit your CV!

Preferred Experience:

• We are looking for a qualified candidate, preferably currently or previously in a managerial/supervisor role in the food service industry.
• Be responsible for and work closely with a team of Choppers!
• Oversee day-to-day operations in the store and assist with stock ordering and cost management.
• Learn from our local and central management team in our growing Irish company.
• Targets will be set with rewards to be reaped for achieving same.
• Pointers and training will be provided to learn the ropes – but creativity and positive attitude is encouraged and rewarded.
• Inspire and lead a brilliant team of Choppers.

Manager:
We are currently looking to recruit a Chopped Store Manager for one of our company owned stores. We thrive upon growing the company organically and opportunities for career progression are plentiful at Freshly Chopped. As a Store Manager you will have full responsibility of managing a Chopped Store, ensuring that all policies, procedures and food safety regulations are adhered to. It is paramount that a high level of customer service and quality is maintained at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess many of the below attributes:

• Natural flare at problem solving
• Managing existing staff and new staff’s performance, applying corrective coaching where necessary.
• Knowledge of HACCP requirements within Chopped
• Excellent interpersonal relations
• Excellent understanding of consumer needs and the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service to ensure you are leading by example.
• Committed to continually improving standards
• Self motivated
• Flexibility
• Willing to physically get involved

The successful candidate shall receive on the job training, with continued support. Weekly meetings with the Area Manager and Mobilization Manager are in place to ensure targets are met and the growth of the business continues.

Chopper/Server:
We’re on the search for some happy Choppers to work in a fun and fast-paced environment, to help provide our loyal customers with the most nutritious, freshest fast food there is to offer. Trainee Choppers complete a full training program in our Flagships stores across Dublin prior to our new store opening. Experience desired, but not integral. All applicants will be considered!
